Cook Brown LLP congratulates Alexis Gabrielson on being promoted to the rank of Partner at the firm. Alexis has over ten years of experience handling class and PAGA litigation, as well as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
Alexis has litigated cases before state and federal trial courts, the 8th and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, administrative agencies in multiple states, and private arbitration. Alexis’s experience representing employers large and small allows her to tailor each employer’s litigation and counseling strategy to fit their business needs.
Alexis also has extensive cannabis industry experience, from licensing and compliance issues to employment law counseling and litigation.
Prior to joining Cook Brown, Alexis externed with the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, and then practiced labor and employment law at one of the largest firms in the country.
